PLEASE NOTE Due to the handmade nature of our art; size, color, shape may vary slightly from piece to piece. All memorial orders are completed and ready to ship between 6-8 weeks of their order date unless otherwise discussed. Deposits are 50% of the total amount and required to begin production on your piece(s). All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the personal nature of each memorial piece, order cancellations are not permitted. Memorial orders must be paid in full, picked up, or shipping arrangements within 45 days of completion of the order. By law, anything containing remains must be shipped via USPS Express Mail with a signature required. Shipping fees for final pieces are included in the cost of the memorial pieces. All remains are handled with the utmost care and respect at the shop, labeled and stored securely and unused remains are returned with the final pieces.
